My dear cousin recently made a cheesecake recipe that was simply wonderful! When she gave me an extra springform pan that she had and the recipe, I knew I had to give it a go.
So last weekend, I made my first ever cheesecake…. Turtle Cheesecake! (Oh my Word, it’s wonderful!)
It’s a graham cracker crust, topped with caramel and pecans, topped with cheesecake & chocolate chips.
This is one of those desserts where a teeny slice is all you need. Pair with some hazelnut coffee and it’s bliss!
